All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the balance due before the commencement of your tour / travel. Payment methods accepted include MPESA Paybill and Bank Transfers.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour / travel or service booked and airline. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms. In general, cancellations made within a certain period before the tour / travel date may be subject to fees or non-refundable deposits.

4. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates, where required. Basel Tours and Travel LTD is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

6. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to adhere to the published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Alternative arrangements will be made where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Basel Tours and Travel LTD acts as an intermediary between travelers and various independent suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from any act or omission of any third-party service provider.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
